Order Processing 

We process all orders Monday to Friday. All orders received by 11am will be processed on the same working day, however at peak periods delivery times may vary, and we apologise on behalf of our couriers for any delays experienced. Any orders received after 11am will be processed the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.   

 

Standard Mainland UK Addresses 

Orders to standard Mainland UK addresses will be sent via a trackable delivery service we trust to provide our customers the best service – either Royal Mail Track 24 and 48 on a 1-2 Day delivery service – please note that deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday). 

 

Returns And Refunds 

As we sell food and drink no returns are allowed unless for damaged or imperfect items. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only accept returns that are unopened and any item you wish to return must be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase when returning any goods. You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. to be eligible for a return, 

 

Wrong Item Received  

If you have received the wrong item by mistake, we apologise. This is very rear and we want to provide you with a resolution as quickly as possible. Please note, in other to receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the exact same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.  

Damaged or faulty items   

If an item you ordered was found to be faulty or damaged accept our apologies. We totally understand how frustrating this can be and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at help@acovior.com. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is no later than 72 hours after receiving the product and we will advise what to do next. Please include the following information when submitting the fault, so we can match the item to your original order and verify your that it's the right item. Please provide the following below:

Refunds And Replacements (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. the actual time it takes for you to receive a refund may also be dependent on your card issuer’s policies.   

 

Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t yet received a refund, we strangely advise that you firstly check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank pr building society. There is often some processing time before a refund is updated. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us at help@acovior.com.

We hope you are happy with your purchases; however, we are here to help if you need any assistance with our products. If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return or replacement item, we aim to resolve every query to the best satisfaction. Kindly email us at help@acovior.com regarding any issues, and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours, during working hours.  We also will aim to resolve your enquiry, replacement or refund within 7-14 working days.
