Gluten free Medium Oatmeal is very versatile and can be used in many different ways - It has a pleasant, less granular texture, ideal for all types of baking, cooking and porridges. Suitable for making delicious overnight Oats, smoothies, baking bread and other baked goods. It's also ideal for stuffing, crumble topping, coating fish, chicken and foods before cooking or frying.

To ensure they’re suitable for those with Coeliac or a gluten intolerance, these oats are handled with the utmost care and attention to ensure they meet our strict standards. Like all of our certified Gluten free products, these oats meet the strict requirements as they are certified by Coeliac UK. Oats that test at 20 parts per million (ppm) gluten or less may be labelled ‘gluten free’.
